Worship Guidelines Summary
Come prepared to Worship ONSITE - You will need:
—to wear a face mask that completely covers your nose and mouth while on church property except children 3-years-old or younger —-to bring a way to follow the service (either The Book of Common Prayer, a bulletin printed from the website [click here], or an electronic device to access the online bulletin). The bulletin will be projected during 10 am worship in the Sanctuary. —to prepare for social distancing. Maintaining social distancing of six feet is expected in and outside of the church. —to know that frequent handwashing and/or hand sanitizing is expected. —to follow health guidelines.
Vulnerable Populations are encouraged to worship via Zoom at 10 am
Those who belong to high risk categories, those who are unable to adhere to our guidelines, and anyone with a concern about their health or safety under our guidelines are encouraged to join worship via Zoom at 10 am on Sundays.
People who are at risk of severe disease and death from COVID-19 include people in the following categories: ▪ 65 years old and older ▪ Underlying lung disease (e.g. COPD, asthma) ▪ High blood pressure ▪ High cholesterol ▪ Heart disease ▪ Cerebrovascular disease ▪ Diabetes ▪ Kidney or liver disease ▪ Immunocompromised status ▪ Obesity ▪ Possibly pregnancy
Please do not come to the church if you have symptoms suggestive of COVID-19.
Please notify St. Stephen’s leadership if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or if you have a positive test for COVID-19.
Symptoms of COVID-19: Some people with COVID-19 are asymptomatic, meaning they have no symptoms at all. Of the list below, ONE symptom alone is sufficient to be suspicious of COVID-19 infection. ▪ Fever (body temperature >99.1°F) ▪ Chills ▪ Cough ▪ Shortness of breath ▪ Headache ▪ Sore throat ▪ Loss of smell or taste ▪ Body aches ▪ Weakness ▪ Fatigue ▪ Toe lesions (spots) ▪ Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
